A BROKEN NECK.
INVERCARGILL, Mar. 14. While returning from a concert at Orepuki, Denis Coi'kery, Or wellknown...'farmer, aged 60, got his leg caught on the step of his trap. The horse bolted, and he was dragged round a, paddock. When found by his sons Corkery was dead, his neck being broken. He leaves a wife and a grown-up family.
