' In the Champion Teams Match on Thursday the leading teams finished as follows:— Napier Guards 470 Opaki Club A 462 Nelson Rifles ~ 454 Taradale Club ...... ... 454 Ohura ;Clu'b 451 TeWharauClub ... 449 Karori Club 446 Wellington City Rifles A ... 445 The highest score was made by Rifleman E. Vennell, Te Wharau. It was a Vennell team, every member being one of the family. He made 99 out of a possible 105, including a possible at 200 yards. The Tua Marina Rifle Club made 430. The Timaru Rifles came last, with a score of 367. •
