CHRISTCHURCH, Nov. 12. For People' 3 Day at the Canter-^ bury Agricultural and Pastoral Association's Show the.weather i» dull but fine and cool. The attendance is large and increasing, and is expected to be a record.

Sir Joseph Ward arrived from Wellington and attended the Show to-day. He expressed pleasure at being able to be present, and congratulated the president and committee of toe Association on the excellence of the show. '. • The grand parade of stock was held in the afternoon.
