A MENACE

TIMARU, Sept. 15. The W.C.T.U. convention to-day passed a resolution that this meeting of delegates assembled in convention deeply regrets that the canteen is not yet removed from our Volunteer encampments, and urges the taking of immediate steps to abolish a menace to the moral well-being of our young men.
