| COMPANY CUP. j ' t The Marlborough Mounted Rifles fired the final for the Company Cup on Saturday, when some very good shooting was done, especially that of Colonel Chaytor, who put on two 33 s, at 500 and 600 yards, Trooper Dick being a good second with two 3i s, these two being the highest scores for the day. Trooper L. Gill annexed the Cup with a very good score of 60, and he gives every promise of being a first-class shot. Trooper J. Dick was only one point behind for second place. The ranges were 500 and 600 yards, 7 shots and 1 sighter. I A regimental teams match of 10 ; ! men a-side was also fired.
