GREAT NAVAL DISPLAY,

LONDON, June 12. Fine, cold weather prevailed for the Portsmouth review. x The inspection of the ships lasted an hour; then the lords of the Admiralty and the press delegate* boarded H.M.S. Dreadnought and' witnessed a realistic attack of torpedoes and submarines upon the Dreadnought. Afterwards, off Whale Island, they witnessed an attack of a squadron of gunboats and the landing of bluejackets. Admiral Fisher accompanied them.
