Arthur Frake, for thef ti\ and forgery^ was/ admitted, to two /years' probation. ; , r\ Rgse Mclnnes, a young woman, who ■was charged with making a* false statemeTtit on oath at Hastings,, was ordered to come/ up for sentence when called upon. x She had been living jWith a man against whom she swore: an information on a charge of deserting her. Since then the parties have been married.
