Dr: Barnardb's, boys, 'with their conductor . and deputation 'secretary (Rev. W. J. Mayers) wiU'tiegin their Marlborough tour at Picto'n on Thursday next, ancl give ; an entertainment on that, evening; 1 and another with a different programme'on Friday evening in the .same hall. The boys give most attractive musical selections on hand bells, mandolines, ocarinas, sleigh bells, •..co'rriefj 'xylophones and -Dulcimer bagpipeiy s.and Mr Mayers will give pictures; and stories of child rescue. Those whp, have; .seen these entertainments in other districts write "don't 'miss them."-" The object is deserving beyond question. The homes are now sheltering and training 8000 destitute and crippled children. . Admission to front sea^s will be :by the side door.
