Social Democrats are-complaining in tlie Duma •of the horrors of the prisons at Orol, Moscow,. Tiflis, Sebastopol and Ekaterinoslav. The' lastnamed, with accommodation for. 280, contains 1200 prisoners, of whom 192 are suffering from typhoid fever; yet their chains have not been removed.
