[PEESS ASSOCIATION.] (Received May 13, 10.30 p.m.) LONDON, May 13, Mr Herbert Samuel, Parliamentary 'TJnder-Secretary to the Home Office, estimates that as a result of the new taxation the liquor trade is fastening <on the public an increased price of £20,000,000 to meet taxation amounting ;to £4,000,000.
