CHRISTCHURCH, May 13. Among other remits to the New Zealand Agricultural Conference, the Canterbury A. and P. Association will send\t-he following: That it be a recommendation to the Government that between the third Sunday in October and the third Sunday in March local time be one hour in advance of New Zealand meantime: the object being to secure an earlier attendance at work in the summer months and the enlargement of leisure in the afternoon and evening.
