DECISION ON SATURDAY

HAMILTON, May 12. In the election petition Mr Parr addressed the Court in reply, contending that the Act was based on the common law, and unless the principle were violated the election must be valid. . „. The Judge intimated that he hoped to give a decision on Saturday, and said that no costs would go against Grace, the returning officer. -
