AN ILL-FATED TUG.
(Received .Sept. 11, 8.20 a.m.) LONDON, Sept. 10. Tho Board of Trade, after holding an inquiry into the loss of the tug Belmore while on the voyage to Sydney, found that' she was overladen when she left i'ort Said v Her Plimsoll marie was submerged, and her stability insitfficient.
