QUARREL WITH DIRECTORS.

[PRESS ASSOCIATION.] . AUCKLAND, Sept. 10. An indignation meeting of ™ayf" holders of the Mount Zeehan Goldmining Company was held last mgnt, in consequence of the directors not convening a meeting as requested. It was stated that permission had been refused to take samples from the mine for inspection, and that the manager had stated that the directors had closed the mine down in spite ot his request to be allowed to continue for another fortnight or three weeks. A resolution was passed calling on the directors to resign, and appointing two inspectors to hold an examination of the affairs of the company. The chairman of directors states that tlie board will resign, and that the secretary and manager have also sent in their resignations. '•
