RESERVED DECISIONS

[press association.] WELLINGTON, May 11. The Court of Appeal sat this morning, and delivered judgment in the case of Rex v. Sales. The Court held that the prisoner was entitled' to a new trial, and should be entitled to ©all new evidence. No reasons were given for the judgment, so ■ that the case might not be prejudiced by any observations- made. In .the "Vase Moore v. Orford, the ■appeal was allowed; with ccists on the nfiddie scale and as from distance.
