'His Grace, Die' Redwood, Arphbishop '"of' the Diocese of '"■ Wellington, conducted a confirmation service at St. Mary's Church, Blenheim, last evening. About 55 candidates came forward for the Sacrament of Confirmation, this number including '•■> Several adults. His Grace was assisted by the Rev. Fathers Holley and O'Sullivan. Before administering* iihe Sacrament the Archbishop made a short discourse to the candidates, explanatory of the nature of the Sacrament in which they were about to participate. A strong choir lent added charm and' solemnity to the service 'by- singing special music for the occasion.
