(Received April 18, 1 a.m.) LONDON, April 17. The Colonial buildings at the Franco - British Exhibition cost £323,000, private buildings- £450,000, and the main palaces—Art, Science, Machinery and Industry—£l,ooo,ooo. The exhibits are estimated to be worth £5,000,000.
