• At the Peace Convention, M. Neli--doff's resolution embodying Britain's proposal for septennial Conferences ■was unanimously adopted.

Thanks were expressed t6 the Tsar -for convening the Peace Conferences, and to Queen Wilhelmina^for her hosipitality. [According to Britain's . proposal, will meet a year or two beJorehand to prepare the programme, and also, to settle matters in connection with assembly and procedure. *This will economise time at the Conference.]
