THE HAGUE, Sept, 23

A plenary sitting of the Peace Convention, by 37 to 1, with six abstentions, adopted a draft convention relating to the establishment of an International Prize Court, the only dis■Sentient being Brazil.

M. Nelidoff, the president, in be■half of the Conference^ congratulated It. .Renault, of France, to whose everyone attributed the success of the scheme.

At Sir Edward Fry's instance, the Conference decided unanimously to jnake the, Prize Court, the subject- of 2> special-international Convention.
