•(Received Sept. 24, 1.14 a.m.) SYDNEY, Sept.. 23. A fire took place at Warren last night, in the house of a man named I Jarvies. v The fire.started from an incubator. Two children were burnt to death, and a third; a boy of -nine, after heroic efforts to rescue, the others, succumbed to the injuries which he received. The father of the children was badly burned. '
