[press association.] (Received Sept. 23, 11.3 p.m.)
SYDNEY, Sept. 23
Unionist coal-lumpers struck on the steamer Orient and the French steamer, Oeeanien, against working along with non-unionists. They declined to resume until the- nonunionists were sent away.
The non-unionists claim that this is the culminating point in the unionists' policy of crushing them out, pursued ever since the strike.
The officials of the Coal-lumpers' Union disclaim any concerted action on the part of thie Union.
