WELLINGTON, July 29. The succession of burglaries in the city culminated in Laery and. Ckh.'s fruit acution-mart' being entered anki the safe blown up on Friday nighx^ when £40 was taken. Not being satisfied, the burglars broke in again the next night, and secured a few more pounds. Four men were arrested at various times and places on Saturday. One of them was armed with a revolver. Three—Hamilton, Ferris and Sinclair—are said to have come from South Africa; the fourth, Furlongs, is a recent arrival from Tasmania.
