From Ist June the Kaikoura mails will close at Blenheim on Mondays at 6.45 a.m., and Tuesdays and Thursdays 7.15 p.m., and arrive from Kaikoura on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays at 7.10 p.m. Telephone offices have been -opened at Maori Bay,Whatanihi and Pinohia, in the Pelorus Sound, and Kainui (Three Bridges) near Kekerangu.
