Tho Auckland Racing Club's Autumn Meeting was continued to day in fine weather. There was a capital attend ance, aud the sum of £11,816 parsed through the totalisator.

Stewards' Handicap. — Formula 1, Landlock 2, Green and Gold 3. Scratched: Queen's Guard, Paulstone, Lavadel, Dolores. Formula got up to the field just before the distance and won by a length. Time, Irnin 52^sec. Dividends, £0 18s and 11s Gd. Ellerslie Handicap.—Lady Anne 1, Stibbington 2, Bonheur 3. All started. Lady Anne came with a rattle in the last bit and won by a neck from Stibbington. Time, Irnin lT^sec. Dividend, £4 4 s Gd. Fourth Century Stakes.—Achilles 1, Scotty 2, Spalpeen. Scratched : Northumberland. Achilles led from the commencement and won with the greatest ease by rapre than three lengths from Scotty. Time, 2min 15secs. Dividend, £1. Autumn Hurdle Race.—Awahuri 1, Bellman 2. Lingard 3. All started. Bellman made all the running, but was outpaced in the run home on the ilat by Awahuri, who won by three lengths. Time, 3min lljsec. Dividend, £3. Flyiag Handicap.—Landlock 1, Marshall Soult 2, Westguard 3. Scratched : Austerlitz and Grey Seaton. Landlock was always prominent and won by aj couple of lengths froni Marshall Soult. Dividend, £2 6s. -St. George's Handicap.—Northumberland 1, Wairiki 2, Paul Seaton 3. All bunched up at the head of the straight, and a most exciting race was won by Northumberland from Wairiki by a neck. Time, 2min Ili3ee, Dividends, £6 3» and 17s 6d.

Shorts Handicap.—Seotty 1, fNuma 2, Ansterlitz 3. Scratched: Coma, Maroon and Gold and Vulpine. In rounding the turning Nnzna closed tip and and an interesting race resulted in a win for Seotty by a length. Time, lmin 4-k-sec. Dividends, $1 12s (id and £1 75."
