A case arising out of the death of a man named Hoffman from injuries caused by falling off his bicycle was heard in the Magistrate's Court today, when the proprietor of the Awatoto Hotel waz charged with supplying Hoffman, who was a prohibited person, with liquor. The charges, of which there were two, were dismissed, no evidence of the actual sale of liquor having been brought forward.
