The Russian Banks have cashed £400,000 worth of forged rouble notes.
An assassin fired four shots at Prince Obolenski, Governor of Kharkoff, in Southern Russia, wounding him in the neck. Anothor bullet hit the Chief of Police.
Berlin, August 12.
The Deutsche Genossenschafts Bank of Berlin has lost £173,000 owing to the chief director's speculations in industrial undertakings.
