At the Conciliation Board to-day the parties to the printers' machinists' dispute agreed that the wages of apprentices bo 7s 6d a week for the first six months with six-monthly increases of 2s 6d a week during the period of apprenticeship. They also agreed on preference of employment of Unionists.
