SENTENCED TO DEATH.
FOR ASSAULTING HIS WIPE. [ONITBD PREB3 ASSOCIATION.] Sydney, October 14. Declouet was found guilty of murderous assault on his wife at Bathurst, and His Honor passed sentence of death. The jury recommended the prisoner to mercy on the ground of the conduct of his wife, who admitted that the shooting was the outcome of her adultery.
