The Standard correspondent at Constantinople says Austria, Bulgaria, and Servia intend to mobilise troops immediately, secure reforms, and restore order m Macedonia. The Turkish soldiery are demoralised, and refuse to respond to the Sultan's demand to reform them. The correspondent hints that graver complications are threatened than m Armenia.
