♦ [UNITID PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Sofia, January 4. The Court of Enquiry which was set up m connection with the murder of M. Beltchiff, ordered the arrest of M. Stambouloff, ex-Premier, as an accessory to the crime, but the Commandant m Sofia declined to execute the order unless it was Confirmed by the Minister for War. M. Stambouloff, who is still at liberty, declares that political animosity prompted the monstrous charge.
