Lord Monkswell, who was lately mentioned as a possible successor to Lord Hopetoun, Governor of Victoria, has been appointed to succeed Lord Sandhurst, Parliamentary Secretary to the War Office. Lord Sandhurst succeeds Lord Harris as Governor of Bombay.
