THE INFLUENZA EPIDEMIC.
A CURE DISCOVERED. [UNITED PBESS ASSOCIATION.] Received October 16, 11 a.m. Melboubhb, October 16. Over five hundred school children at Collingwood are prostrated with influenza. Dr Mclnerney has discovered a remarkable _ euro for the disease, and m every instance m which it has been tried it has proved successful. The care consists of small doses of one sixteenth to one twentieth of grain of perohlorode of mercury m distilled water, given every two hours until the normal; temperature is regained, when an ordinary tonio restores the patent to health.
