* Friday, July 6. - (Before Mr J. Allen, R.M.) « civil 'cases. F. C. Litchfield v. J. O'Shea claim L 2 12s 7d ; Same v. Sfcwman L 2 4s Id ; J. "Scott v. W. B. Archer £13 3s 9d. In these cases judgment went by default. Horton v. Newman, claim possession of a tenement. ,Mr McNab saul he had arranged that the plaintiff should not have to come m, and he would now ask for an order to be made, informing His Worship that he had given defendant a verbal undertaking not to .enforce it for ten days. The defendant did not appear, and His Worship granted the order. The Court then rose.
