HARBOR BOARD REPUDIATION.
(ONITKD PRESS ASSOCIATION.) Thames, July 4. The Harbor Board has passed a resolution to the effect tliat owing to the curtailment of the limits of the Port of Thames, and the consequent reduction m theßoard's revenue, it is unable to pay the coupons which became due on the Ist inst on money lent by Government from the Post Office Department, and therefore the Government must be prepared lo accept the responsibility.
