THE TIMARU AGRICULTURAL SHOW.
. _, (UNITED TRESS ASSOCIATION.) TtMARU, Oct 26. The fourteenth annual Show of the Timaru A. and P. Association was held to-day. There was a large attendance, and tho exhibits were first class. British Lion took first prize m the draught horses. The competition among the thoroughbred horses was among local stock, and call for no special mention. The Little Brothers' estate aod Mr G-. G. Eussell divided the honors among sheep. All classes of cattle were well represented, and Mr A. M. Clarke was chief prize taker. The prizes for pigs and dairy produce were well competed for, Mi 1 W. Eowe being chief prize taker m the former class. There were 4000 people on the ground, and the show was a complete success.
