__+ (BKOTKR'3 TELHGBAMB.) Ileoeived Oct. 24. 1.30 p.m. Hobart, Oot 24. The Health authorities report that the small-pox epidemic is confined to patients now under treatment, no fresh oases having been reported for the past few daya.
