MR. DODSON ON VOLUNTEER CAPITATION.
; _+ (prom our parliamentary correspondent.) Wellington, July 14. Mr Dodson spoke strongly m the House last night on the manner m which it was proposed to deal with country volunteer corps m the matter of capitation allowance, and voted m the direction of giving country corp3 extra capitation, on the ground that country corps would have to perform more drills, and will therefore attain greater efficiency than town corps.
