O'Sullivan has been ele3ted without opposition for Omaka Riding, Mr Goo. Dodson for Spring Creek, and Mr G. H. B. Monro for Awature. At the latter place the only elector present was the candidate, and as one seat ia therefore vacant a new election will have to lie held. We must confess ourselves at a loss to account for this apathy, and venture to predict that greater interest will be felt when the next elections come round. In Wairau Riding, Messrs Adams, Hodson, and Ward are nominated ; the election for two members comes off on the 20th. In the Kaikoura County, Messrs Bnllen, Ingles, and Keene are elected for the Clareuce District.
