A Christehureli Press Association message announces the death of Mir Isaac Gibbs', for many years general manager of the Now Zealand Shipping Company, which occurred this morning' at the age of 63 years. Deceased had been suffering from heart trouble for some time. Mr P. G. Morgan, M.A. (Director of Geological Survey), returned to Gore this morning from an inspection of the Waikaia district. Mr Morgan left for Lawrence this afternoon from whence | he will proceed to Macraes, returning to Wellington next week. Mr Morgan hopes to revisit Otago next summer.
