During the past six mouths 177,'280 ounces ol' gold, of the valueof £698,081, have been exported from tlio Dominion, being an increase of (>998 ounces, valued at .(.'20,390, compared with the figures for the corresponding period of last year. The export of silver for the first half of the present year amounted to 350,01)3 ounces, of the value of £'37,581, a decrease of 1-12,027 ounces, valued at £14,220. The quantity of gold exjiorted last month was over 18,000 ounces, of the value of £68,707 more than in June last year.
