WANTED: A HEALTH OFFICER.
PEE rtNITEn PEHfIS ASSOCIATION CHRISTCHTJROH, Jan. 15. Complaints are being made about the continued lack of a health officer for Ohristchurch. Dr Pinch was ordered to Auckland district six months ago in connection with the smallpox epidemic and no officer has been attending to his duties in this city since. Dr Finch is still absent and local authorities arcconsequently inconvenienced.
