PER UNITED PRESS ASSOCIATION. CHRISTCHUIICIi. April 23. The Hospital t'oard bat.! heforo it today an interesting letter hem its bacteriologist on the subject of disinfectants. Dr. Pearson said te.it only one of the fluids submitted w.t., really good ; the others were, practically useless as disinfectants. He had examined four powders and had found all poor. Ho promised to submit a detailed report if : asked. He further stated that an uncorked solution of one powder developed . S- vigorous growth of bacteria in a few I days.
