He will unveil the Westland Seddon Memorial, a marble lite-size figure, at Hokitika on Wednesday afternoon. A largo signed requisition has been forwarded to the Prime Minister inviting him to deliver a political address while in Westland, and it is likely that ho will speak in Hokitika on Wednesday night.
