Edward John Falkiner, a telegraph operator, was found guilty on twelve charges of theft of pianos and not guilty on five charges of forgery, though the jury found that Falkiner had acted ou forged agreements, knowing them '•> have been forged. His- Honor the Chi-jf Justice deferred sentence till Monday.
