EX-SECRETARY IN TROUBLE. FEB UNITED TRESS ASPOCIA'I lON. FKILDJMJ. July 21. Frederick Cyril Roes, late secretary if the Cheltenham Dairy Factory, wa« irrested last night and charged with the theft of £9 2s oil from the company ivhilo acting as its servant. Other insinuations will be laid, and it is understood that the alleged defalcations total i very large sum. Accused was remanded until to-morrow.
