I'EB UNITED I'ItESS ASKOUIA'] lON. FEILDING. July 21. There is beauttoil weather overhead for the celebration of Arbor Day, but tho ground is sodden by a week's rain. Extensive preparations have been made ior the celebration of-the day throughout tho district by tho schools, etc., Borough Council and Beautifying Society, and trco-plaiiting will take place in tho Town Reserve.
