The hmly of a man named Alexander McPherson, a widower, about 04 years of aire, was found in a water hole at ICttrick yesterday. On Wednesday deceased arrived the Moa Flat Hotel, staying there over night. Next morning he went out early, aud all his clothing except the shirt and trousers wus found on the road. Deceased complained of feeling unwell on Wednesday. FATAL BOATING ACCIDENT. NELSON, Nov. 8. A boating accident occurred in the harbor last night, by which a young married man mimed (ieorge Thomas Gunderson, ia tailor, lost his liife. Gunderson, with two other men, was rowing out to a larger boat, when the dinghy they were in ronimeneod leaking badly and sank.
