WILLER AND RILEY'S AFFAIRS.
STATEMENT OF THE POSITION. BT ELECTRIC. TELEGRAPH COPTttIUBI PER UNITED PRESS ASSOCIATION. Received November 9, 9.45 a.m. LONDON, Nov. 8. The liquidator of Wilier and lliley informed the creditors' meeting that tho statement of alfairs showed a surplus of £1,460,000 ,but if the private bank at Copenhagen succeeds in its claim of £50,000 the surplus will be correspondingly reduced, and will be further reduced to £52,000 if Willer's claim against the Fanners' Butter Export Association fails. Some creditors urged immediate realisation, but 110 resolution was passed. Tho liquidator calls another meeting in six weeks.
