The liquidator of Wilier and lliley informed the creditors' meeting that tho statement of alfairs showed a surplus of £1,460,000 ,but if the private bank at Copenhagen succeeds in its claim of £50,000 the surplus will be correspondingly reduced, and will be further reduced to £52,000 if Willer's claim against the Fanners' Butter Export Association fails. Some creditors urged immediate realisation, but 110 resolution was passed. Tho liquidator calls another meeting in six weeks.
