FURTHER COMPLICATIONS. London, Feb. 1. Diplomatists appear to despair of the Algeciras' Conference resulting in a permanent, reconciliation between France and Germany. Any attempt to entrust a single Power with the supervision of Moroccan reforms is likely to cause a rupture.
