Messrs Weight, Stemienson and Co. report as follows : — Wo had another largo entry on Saturday, and we sold a number of useful draught mares and geldings at very satisfactory prices. There is a splendid demand for staunch young draughts, and this class is readily disposed of. There is little demand for hacks, except really good sorts. Aged and inferior draughts aro hard to sell. Wo made the following sales : — Bay gelding, £50 10s ; brown filly dE4G 10s ; bay gelding, £41 10s ; black rnnre, £39 ; bay geldings, £3G 5s and JE3O ; bay colt, £35 ; and others from £20 to £29. Pigs — We penned about 50, and sold most of them at satisfactory prices, slips fetching 15s.
